In this position you will be liaising with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure appointments are met and tenants are fully informed on their water efficiency and heating projects. You will be the main point of contact for any queries or complaints from tenants and will be the driver of efficiency with in the installations team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Tenant or Residential Liaison Officer and be able to uphold high levels of customer service.
