Our Residential Team is one of the largest of its kind and they have an exciting opportunity for Residential Conveyancers to join the Newcastle, Leeds and Plymouth offices.

What will you be doing?

In the Residential Team, you will be responsible for acting for residential investment companies and equity release providers in sales of residential properties as well as providing advice as to disposal strategies. You will play a vital role supporting key clients of the Residential Team and will work in a team dedicated to providing industry leading client service.

So what are we looking for?

Candidates will need to have experience of running a residential disposal caseload and whilst not essential previous experience of estate set ups and disposals would be of assistance. Candidates without experience of estate set ups will be considered provided they have an interest in developing their skills and knowledge in this area.  What’s also important to us is that you’re able to provide the highest level of customer/client experience in a fast paced environment, will take ownership and use initiative. You’ll also be able to demonstrate excellent time management and have proven forward planning skills and the ability to prioritise. You must also have good communication skills, numeracy and literacy skills, and experience of using IT software including case management systems.
