From Blackjack to Poker, you’ll be at the helm of the action – leading a skilled team, optimising performance through data-driven decisions, and ensuring every guest enjoys a world-class gaming experience.
What You’ll Own:
Lead and inspire a high-performing team of dealers and supervisorsDrive growth in handle and margin efficiency across all table games and pokerUse Tangam software and insights to optimise table performanceDeliver exceptional customer service and player protection standardsBe a key decision-maker in the absence of the General ManagerQualifications
