Your new role

As a passionate and adept individual, your primary responsibilities are to manage and execute a range of administrative tasks. Providing excellent servicing to both internal and external stakeholders, you will contribute to improving the operation’s productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update filing systems, databases and records
  • Schedule meetings, appointments and manage calendars
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required
  • Order office supplies and manage inventory
  • Support with processing invoices
  • Maintain office areas
  • What you’ll need to succeed

    To be successful in this highly visible role, you will have:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role
  • Excellentmunication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications
