Tradewind Education has Academic Support Assistant opportunities in primary schools across Warrington.

What you’ll be doing:
Assisting teachers to deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons
Supporting children one-to-one and in small groups
Helping pupils with literacy, numeracy and other core skills
Providing encouragement and emotional support to boost confidence
Promoting a safe, inclusive and positive classroom atmosphere
What you’ll need to work through Tradewind Education:
A passion for helping children learn and develop
Strong communication and teamwork skills
The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
Right to work in the UK
Professional references covering at least the last 2 years
