About the Role:
We are looking for a UX Designer/Scrum Master/Techno-Functional expert to join on a -month hybrid contract, with strong potential for extension. This unique role combines user experience design, Agile project leadership, and functional technical expertise. You’ll be responsible for driving user-centered design processes, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and ensuring seamless coordination between business and technical stakeholders.
This is a hybrid position based in London, requiring days per week onsite.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the UX design process—create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes for new digital product features.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams, ensuring alignment on goals and solutions.
Analyze complex business requirements and contribute to both strategic and hands-on design decisions.
Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in UX tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar platforms.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) with practical Agile/Scrum experience.
Strong technical understanding with experience in functional design and system analysis.
Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Design, or a related field.
Preferred Skills:
Working knowledge of HTML/CSS, JavaScript.
Familiarity with JIRA, Trello, or other project management tools.
Understanding of Design Thinking, user research, and usability testing.
Awareness of accessibility and inclusive design principles.
Prior exposure to CRM systems like Salesforce.
Required Experience:
Minimum of years of total experience, with demonstrated capability in similar hybrid roles.
