Discover five of the best diversity and inclusion courses to enhance your workforce in 2024.

Research shows that employers with above-average total diversity enjoyed 19% higher innovation revenues and 9% higher EBIT margins.

Diverse teams are also 35% more productive.

However, despite these glaring benefits, only two out of five British workers say their current employer values workplace diversity and inclusion.

These stats indicate that UK employers need to do more to demonstrate their commitment to inclusivity at work. And this begins with adequate equality, diversity, and inclusion training.

We’ve created a guide to help employers find the best diversity and inclusion courses for 2024, no matter the budget.
