The role of Project Worker will include:
Providing support to encourage our customers to maximise their own potential and independenceBeing a first point of call to receive and direct all customer and customer queriesSupporting progress towards independence in managing positive mental healthOffering one-to-one support as requiredPromoting safety by undertaking risk assessments and reviewing customers’ needsRegularly assessing the needs of customers, writing, and updating support plansDeveloping professional relationships with customers, using appropriate and clear communication to ensure their personal choice, privacy and dignity is maintainedDelivery of small group activities to promote recovery and well-beingSkills and experiences:
Experience of working with adults who have experienced homelessnessEnthusiastic and flexible with a strong “can-do” attitudeAbility to work as part of a team and on own initiativeStrong organisational skills as well as functional literacy and numeracyAbility to react quickly to changing priorities whilst working to deadlines and targetsNVQ3 in Health and Social Care, or willingness to work towards is essentialAre you ready to be your best?
