Job summary
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Operational Services Manager to work within the Sexual Health and HIV Management Team based at Monkgate Health Centre.
You will be an experienced, visible and compassionate leader, supporting operational, administrative and clinical teams to deliver high quality care.
You will have an interest in service improvement and will be a responsive and autonomous colleague, You willensure delivery of the portfolio of services and activities within a clinically and financially sustainable model.
Specifically the post holder will work with clinical and managerial colleagues, ensuring that operational performance and access targets are met, and take the lead in developing effective systems within the department(s) to enable the sustained delivery of key operational targets. The post holder will support the implementation of service redesign, taking the lead for specific elements of wider transformation across the services.
The post holder will be responsible for the day-to-day line management of the service administration and clerical functions within the services.
The post holder will deputise for the Senior Operational Service Manager as required.

Main duties of the job
You will be responsible for a portfolio of operational management duties including service performance monitoring, complaint and patient experience management, service planning and line manager responsibilities for direct reports.
The post holder will report to the Senior Operational Manager and work in partnership with senior colleagues within the Care Group and the wider Trust to ensure delivery of the portfolio of services and activities within a clinically and financially sustainable model.
