Our client, a global aerospace company, are looking for a experienced Scheduling Analyst to join their International Integrated Program Planning and Control (IPP&C) team to support the Winnersh and Burgess Hill, UK facilities. You will provide guidance and analysis in the areas of Project Management, Budgeting, Scheduling, and Variance Analysis and be an integral part of the Program Management Team providing advice, consultation and analysis with regards to the creation and execution of the program plan.Scheduling Analyst Responsibilities: * Create and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). * Interact with Control Account Managers (CAMs)/Integrated Product Team (IPT) leads to develop intermediate schedules and incorporate them into the IMS. * Participate in the development of proposals including the creation of interim schedules and providing advice for the creation of Basis of Estimate documents. * Incorporate regular status and ETC updates into the IMS based on inputs from CAMs. * Conduct thorough critical path and driving path analysis of the IMS. * Monitor progress against baselines, identify issues and work around plans. * Generate Schedule Risk Assessment models (SRA) to determine likelihood of achieving program milestones. * Assist the Project Cost Analyst with regularly scheduled and unscheduled tasks to ensure cost and schedule are integrated. * Provide required and requested schedule-related reports to Program Management including highlights of schedule-related issues affecting program execution and recommendations for mitigation. * Support Program Reviews/ EAC Reviews/ Gate 4 reviews * Apply knowledge of company policies, procedures, & guidelines, to ensure plans and schedules are in compliance. * Support ongoing compliance reviews and/or periodic process audits. * Provide Cover for other International Locations (Heidelberg/ Plymouth/ Malvern)This role is a permanent position and on offer is a competitive salary and benefits packageScheduling Analyst Requirements: * This position requires 5 years’ relevant experience i.e. within a finance/project planning/project management role * Working knowledge of MS project * Experience with Earned Value concepts preferred * Strong Analytical skills * Ability to work in cross functional teams. * Experience of presenting to large groups and leadership.We are an equal opportunities Recruitment Business and Agency.
