A large NHS organisation in the South East are seeking to appoint an interim Resourcing Business Partner. The successful candidate will be a recruitment and retention specialist manager, providing a focus on recruitment, the candidate journey and dynamic and innovative recruitment strategies. Main responsibilities:Responsible for the operational management of the recruitment and retention function, the day to day management of the Resourcing team ensuring that processes and systems are adhered to in accordance with Trust Policy and Procedure and employment best practice and legislation;Managing teams within the post holder’s portfolio and their processes in line with Trust governance and compliance, which fall under recruitment and retention, including permanent employees, bank workers and agency workers;Develop plans which enable the service to implement processes and systems that meet the requirements of the organisation, and current trends in the employment and retention of staff;Review and improve the Trust’s internal processes linking to pay and employee information, including liaising with the Trust’s pay service providers and monitoring the contractual performance;To be proactive in the provision of advice and support to all prospective candidates, staff and managers within the Trust on all aspects of recruitment and retention, whilst working autonomously making decisions and judging when to escalate higher;Process administration, develop and manage computerised resourcing systems relevant to day-to-day processes, including Electronic Staff records (ESR), Recruitment management system, NHS jobs and health roster;Provide reports from current systems to SMT’s, ET and board when needed which may sometimes be complex.Key Skills/Experience:MCIPD registration or equivalent relevant experience;Significant specialist knowledge of HR/Recruitment/Retention/Workforce processes/issues;Knowledge of employment law and best practice relating to recruitment and equality/diversity;Thorough understanding/knowledge of issues facing the NHS;Knowledge of the NHS Employment Check Standards.If you are interested in this post, please send a copy of your updated CV to Emma Peel on (url removed)
