JOB TITLE: Programme / Resource ManagerLOCATION: YeovilSALARY: £30,000 – £40,000 PA DOEHOURS: Monday – Friday, 9:00am till 5:30pmBENEFITS: 31 days annual leave, sick pay and income protection, pension contribution and optional medical insurance, modern office and a long standing up-beat team.THE ROLE: Office Angels are currently seeking Programme / Resource Manager to join our client based in Yeovil, Somerset. This is a fixed term contract and will be for a fixed twelve-month period to cover maternity leave.This is an exciting opportunity for a Programme / Resource Manager to join the Operations Team and play an integral part in the success of a fast paced and dynamic design, project management and fit out company. Ideally working in the head office in Yeovil but remote working will be considered.The key purpose of this role is to manage resources within the business ensuring internal personnel and the company’s supply chain have a consistent allocation of works. Develop a solid supply chain ensuring they adhere to the business quality plan and processes.The main responsibilities for this role are:Maintaining regular consistent and professional relationships with clients, suppliers and other external parties either on the telephone or those visiting the offices in order to support business deliveryBeing responsible for all visitor access to the buildingAnswering a high volume of calls and maintain a customer focused approach to message takingUpdating and distributing the office and mobile telephone lists as required and play a key part in keeping the company calendar and contacts up to date to ensure communication is maintained across the businessBeing aware of all planned client/supplier meetings being held, ensuring meeting spaces are bookedForward planning lunch and refreshments for visitors (and colleagues where applicable), accommodating their needs as appropriateMonitoring and maintaining the office environment day to day by managing over external cleaning contractor and auditing standards and maintain a clean and tidy working space throughout the day i.e., emptying kitchen bins, putting dishwasher on etcMonitoring office supplies and replenish as required to ensure appropriate levels are maintained i.e., stationery, printing supplies, cleaning products, refreshments (milk, tea, coffee, biscuits, and fruit) and H&S signageProviding support across the business in booking hotels, flights, travel etc. as required ensuring value for money to maintain project profitability and that all relevant spread sheets and costing profiles are updatedProviding administrative support to the company directors as and when required, ensuring a high level of service at all times by addressing all their requirements and articulating back to them course of action takenThe successful candidate will have:Experience within a Resourcing, Coordination, Facilities Management or similar role Experience within the construction, project management or fit-out industries desirableDemonstrable experience of motivating individuals and teams, creating positive relationships, and with an ability to manage conflict and develop solutionsStrong organisational, planning, time management and negotiation skillsCalm in high pressure situationsPreference for and ability to influence and engage through face to face and telephone communicationSound knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 with strong verbal and written communication skillsPrevious use of ASTA/MS Project or project planning beneficialIf you have the above skills and experience, please apply online or send your CV directly to (url removed) or call the team for more details on (phone number removed).Office Angels acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
