We’re a global pharmaceutical company, committed to increasing access to high-quality healthcare to patients around the world and we currently have a fantastic opportunity for a IT Systems Specialist to join the team on a Full time, Permanent basis in Runcorn (with the opportunity to do some work from home).We develop, manufacture and market innovative and affordable medicines, specialising in sterile liquid products mainly used for treating respiratory conditions using Blow-Fill-Seal technology as well as injectable Combination Products such as our MS treatment Copaxone.We are also home to two R&D centres and a Sterile Training Academy- a centre of excellence within for sterile manufacturing, safety and compliance training.A day in the life of an IT Systems Specialist-As an IT Systems Specialist you will manage and support validated Manufacturing and LAB systems including the implementation, maintenance and use for the Runcorn site in accordance with site operations, quality & IT strategies and project plans.You will provide technical support and maintain consistent configuration, implementation, operation and support of the Manufacturing/LAB Applications and Platforms including:Implementing new releases and setting up standards for operational managementImplementing new developments and changes in accordance with CSV standardsConfiguring and managing Development, Validation and Production environments on relevant systems.Ensuring compliance with Data Integrity requirements for all Manufacturing/LAB SystemsAdminister and maintain support servicesManaging incidents, problems, changes and releases to Laboratory/Production systems with external vendor support where necessaryCoordinating, testing and administering application securityComplying with internal CSV/QA standards and provides support to internal and third party audits such as FDA, MHRA Who We Are Looking For:Do you have?-A degree qualification in a computer related subject and/or relevant experienceExperience working in a highly regulated industryExperience working in or along-side Manufacturing/LAB systems – preferableStrong hands-on technical skills, operational background, and working experience with infrastructure technologies and business applicationsProject management skillsAre you?-A team player with excellent communication skillsHighly self-motivated, adaptable and resilientCommercially aware and understand the operational and financial implications of decisions takenFamiliar with Lean/Process improvement concepts What We Offer24 days paid holiday per year – with the option to buy and sell up to 5 days annual leave each yearCompany pension – flexible employee and employer contributionsCompetitive salaryEmployee assistance programmeA number of health benefits including: Life Assurance, Critical Illness Insurance, Income protectionPlus many other flexible benefits via salary sacrifice: Cycle to work scheme, online and in store discounts and much more If you are interested in this role, please apply with a copy of your up to date CV to be considered.SThree are committed to ensuring equal opportunities, fairness of treatment, dignity, work-life balance and the elimination of all forms of discrimination in the workplace for all staff and job applicants
