We have an amazing opportunity to shape culture through inclusion and diversity on a global scale. Expedia Group’s Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) team seeks an innovative and committed lead to take our Inclusion Communities to the next level. Our inclusion communities are independent volunteers, mainly employees who support our global inclusion and diversity priorities. They provide a unique service that enables them to develop existing programmes, learn new skills and inspire change in a stable and structured environment.

This position will be based in London and will report to the Senior Director for Inclusion and Diversity for EMEA & APAC.

What you’ll do:

  • The best candidate will lead our inclusion communities, helping them to design and implement forward thinking programmes and initiatives that support EG’s global strategic I&D goals and objectives

  • As a member of Expedia Group’s Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) team, you will influence the team’s vision and strategy and the design of our enterprise-wide programmes

  • You will also lead and serve on Expedia Group’s Inclusion and Diversity Advisory Council, which is a global council made up of senior leaders who meet quarterly to track, measure, and discuss I&D progress, achievements, and challenges

  • You will lead our Inclusion Champions a network of dedicated colleagues who work together and have the formal responsibility for supporting, developing, and driving inclusion forward, including programs that build allyship and advocacy

  • You will inspire, coach, and lead all our Inclusion Communities for all EG teammates, with particular focus on disabilities, generations, Indigenous populations, religion, race, caste and more

  • You will collect feedback and adjust programs as needed to improve internal methodologies and to bring new insights into the organisation

  • You will use analytics to evaluate effectiveness of the programmes and create measurable strategies

  • You will provide general programme management support to the I&D team

  • And your work will also influence our travelers, partners, and supply chains

Who you are:

  • We are seeking an individual who has multi-national experience in Diversity and Inclusion

  • A track record of leading successfully

  • Who is team-focused, skilled at creating cohesion and championing others for success
