We are thrilled to be supporting a national training provider in recruiting a Curriculum Development Specialist, focusing their attention on the following Apprenticeship Standards:- Trade Supplier (Level 2).- Sales Executive (Level 4).The client, a successful provider in a number of different apprenticeships, offer flexible working to offer a great work/life balance. This role is remote so you can be based anywhere in the country.The successul applicant will work closely with the Inspirational Learning Manager to maintain and improve upon the standards and delivery of Apprenticeships.Key Responsibilities- To support the implementation of new products and key accounts as defined and agreed by the Operations Director.- Work closely with the business development team to bespoke programmes to meet employer needs and satisfy the Apprenticeship Levy.- To attending meeting / workshops with employers to develop programmes to meet their needs- Ensure systems and processes for new qualifications / standards meet stakeholder requirements.- Design cost effective, engaging and inspiring delivery models.- Design, develop and support the implementation of effective and innovative learning materials- Design and develop blended learning that may include classroom 1:1, online or virtual instruction and Mirco/ Bite-sized Learning.- Work closely with the EPA & Awarding Body Lead, ensuring End-Point Assessments, have been planned into the delivery models.- Ensure that approval process is followed and agreed with the Operations Director and IT Manager- Support with self-assessment and Quality Improvement plan- To participate in appropriate external sector forums ensuring any proposed changes and associated risks/opportunities to qualifications are highlighted to the business and that the company is recognised as a key stakeholder in qualification delivery.- To implement and comply with the company Information Security, Equality and Diversity and Health and Safety Policies.- To assist with any other duties within the scope and nature of the post.Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required- A minimum of 2 years of experience designing and developing blended learning solutions (i.e. instructor-led, eLearning, etc.) ideally within a corporate setting- Experience of working with a variety of awarding organisations and across a variety of sectors to maintain high quality programme delivery- A good understanding around End- Point Assessments- Evidence of initiating, implementing and improving new working arrangements for qualifications assurance.- A sound understanding of what high quality delivery looks like and how it can improve performance.- Sound knowledge and experience of self-assessment and improvement planning processes.- Able to efficiently and effectively plan your own workload in order that you not only meet businessFormal Qualifications- A and V units or D units 32/33/34 or TAQA- Level 3 Teaching qualification- Minimum Level 2 Maths, English and ICT
