Thought Machine are looking for an experienced Sales and Marketing Recruiter to join our team on a 3 month rolling contract. We have highly ambitious growth targets and are recruiting in multiple different markets. We require experience recruiting in sales, sales engineering, partnerships or marketing recruitment, for an enterprise technology company.

While we are currently looking for a rolling contractor, this has the potential to become a permanent role.

DUTIES

  • Work closely with our Commercial, Client Services and Business Functions teams (Finance, HR, Legal etc) to understand recruitment needs and achieve our ambitious recruitment goals
  • Manage the full end to end recruitment process – sourcing, candidate management, offer, onboarding
  • Promote Thought Machine’s brand by providing a great candidate experience
  • Together with key internal and external stakeholders, ensure best practice resourcing methods are used
  • Manage stakeholders within the business to ensure the smooth running of process, right fit candidates and high levels of engagement with their teams
  • Facilitate decision making within your business area

Requirements

Essential:

  • 3-5 years experience in recruiting across commercial or client delivery roles
  • Previous agency experience recruiting for more than 2 of the following; Sales, Sales Engineering, Marketing, Partnerships, technical project management or business analysis roles
  • Experience recruiting commercial roles for a high growth technology company
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills – able to manage candidates through the recruitment process in a way that is efficient, friendly, trusting and respectful
  • Advanced sourcing techniques using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools/platforms
  • Highly organised – able to stay on top of the recruitment process for each candidate
  • Able to balance both the day-to-day recruitment as well as participate in strategic projects
  • Hungry to find the best possible talent – ambitious, driven, hardworking and uncompromising

Desirable:

  • Recruiting for a high-growth scale-up
  • Experience recruiting for enterprise technology into financial services
