Care Manager – £35,000 – £40,000 based in Epsom, Surrey This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Care Manager to join an extremely well-established Care provider for older people who are now looking to establish a dedicated team to provide Live In Care in order to lead this team as well as manage new client enquiries, care consultations and write care plans. We are looking for someone who is experienced in providing the highest levels of care as well as has experience in managing customer service led teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational and people skills and wants to work for a care company that puts the highest quality care first. You will be working as part of a professional and compassionate team and so your professionalism as well as your compassion are critical attributes we will be looking for. Duties/attributes:To be accountable for the management of day to day running of all Live In Care client operations, ensuring compliance with all governing body requirements and legislation relevant to the service.Work closely with home care managers for each office to coordinate the development of a high quality, private, Live In Care service for older people in the local area.Promote highest standards of care and service with a focus on person centred care.Manage client acquisition from initial contact to conversion adhering to company policy.Carry out care planning and risk assessments ensuring compliance to legal and regulatory requirements.Ensure successful operation of quality control and performing quality assurance visits for clients.Continually review, improve processes to ensure effective and efficient service is always delivered.Effectively managing complaints and incidents, carrying out investigations relating to the quality of the service and using those findings to initiate improvements.Ensure relevant reports are forwarded to relevant bodies e.g. CQC and Safeguarding.Provide inspired leadership to the team making sure that exceptional service is delivered to the clients and workloads are managed accordingly ensuring safe staffing levels.Take part in disciplinary investigations, interviews and meetings following company policy and in conjunction with advice from the HR Provider.Ensure that policies and procedures are adhered to by all employees.Support with the management of payroll and budgets.Maintain the accuracy and integrity of data across all relevant platforms.Unfortunately due to the volume of applications we receive, if Copperfield Recruitment Ltd has not contacted you within five days of your application then please assume you have been unsuccessful on this occasion.   Please note that by applying for this vacancy you accept Copperfield Recruitment Ltd’s Privacy Policy and GDPR Policy which can be found at our website and therefore give us consent to contact you.
