I am currently working with a modern and leading global online retailer for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join their finance team based in Northampton. This is a great opportunity to grow and develop within a successful company.Duties of the role include;Processing invoicesSupplier statement reconciliationsHandling invoice queriesAssisting with preparation of VAT returnsProcessing expensesSupporting the finance team in managing the purchase ledgersEnsuring excellent customer service is deliveredAdhoc duties to support the finance team and managementTo be successful within the role you will have:Strong computer skills especially with the use of ExcelExcellent communication skills, able to build and develop long-standing relationshipsAble to manage a busy workload, prioritising and working to deadlinesExperience working within a busy finance teamThis is a full time, permanent position working Monday – Friday, with some flexibility on the working hours, paying £23,000p/a.
