SAE Creative Media Institute, Leamington Spa

Permanent, Full-time, 40 hours per week

Salary from £34,253 – £51,726 per annum, dependant on experience

SAE is part of AD Education, which is a diversified global education provider that offers an extensive range of educational services for students and professionals including university programs, language training, student recruitment and workforce education.

Established in 1976, SAE spans the globe with over 50 campuses in 23 countries and delivers world-class education to over 12,000 students in state-of-the-art creative facilities. Our students come from diverse social, cultural, educational and artistic backgrounds, with different personalities and experiences. We embrace these differences and allow each and every student to develop their own individual style and apply it to the industry skills taught at SAE. Our ultimate goal is to prepare our students for a realistic work environment making the course, facilities, lecturers as well as the atmosphere as close to the industry working environment as possible.

SAE Leamington is seeking an Academic Manager to join our vibrant community at our new campus in the Creative Quarter of Leamington Spa.  SAE Leamington’s focus is on programmes to support the local Games and Content Creation industries, balancing an offer of practical academic excellence with strong industry engagement and opportunities.

We’re looking for a leader who is passionate about education and dedicated to student success. The individual will oversee the administrative functions of the campus and possess a strong understanding of the higher education sector. You’ll inspire and motivate our faculty to deliver outstanding academic standards and ensure an exceptional student experience.

Along with much of the creative sector, at SAE, we celebrate diversity and believe in the power of individuality. We’re committed to providing a supportive and inclusive environment where every student can thrive, regardless of background or experience. As an Academic Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our students, empowering them to unleash their creativity and reach their full potential. Like the industry, we are committed to closing gaps in access and success for underrepresented groups. To improve the diversity of our academic team, we especially welcome applications from women, gender minorities, those with a disability, and those from an ethnic minority background.

If you’re ready to make a difference and lead with integrity, or you feel you would add value to our team but don’t necessarily meet all of the criteria laid out in this advert then we want to hear from you.
