Salary: circa £50,000 plus car allowance and bonus
Gleeson Recruitment Group are working with St Modwen Homes to find an experience HR Business Partner to join the team. Based in South Birmingham you will work flexibly to support the business and implement the HR People Plan.
Some responsibilities include:
– Partnering with Senior Stakeholders on a variety of HR matters
– Supporting workforce planning and talent mapping
– Advising on recruitment and retention plans
– Creating and implementing Employee Engagement action plans
– Leading projects and initiatives for Diversity & Inclusion and Health & Wellbeing
– Supporting throughout the Employee Lifecycle
– Being an escalation point for Employee Relations cases

The successful applicant will have:
– Proven experience as an HR Business Partner
– Strong UK Employment Law knowledge
– Experience in an operational organisation
– Experience of partnering with a diverse range of Stakeholders
– Strong communication skills
– Ability to manage change and transformation in the business
