    Job Description

    Main responsibilities include:

  • Supporting HR Advisors and Heads of HR with HR policy development and administration,
  • Act as first point of contact for all Modern Family Leave, maternity/paternity, and Parental leave requests, managing each case
  • Supporting payroll team,
  • Work in close collaboration with the HR team and Resourcing to coordinate recruitment ensuring all vacancies are managed effectively from onboarding to offboarding,
  • Deputise at meetings for HR Advisors
  • Provide administrative support to Diversity and Inclusion Manager with the delivery of the Diversity , Equity and Inclusion strategy across the business,
  • Ad-hoc admin tasks
  • The Successful Applicant

    The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience within similar role,
  • Employment Law knowledge,
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Ability to prioritise workload
