Part-Time Supply Teacher – East Grinstead, West Sussex

Randstad is currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated teachers to join our team as part-time supply teachers in East Grinstead. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a range of schools that Randstad has established partnerships with, gaining experience in different year groups and schools in the area.
Supply Teacher Role Responsibilities:
Delivering high-quality teaching and maintaining classroom management
Adapting to different school environments and following provided lesson plans
Building positive relationships with students, staff, and parents
Ensuring the well-being and safety of students at all times
Completing required administrative tasks, such as lesson feedback and attendance records
Supply Teacher Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) (or equivalent, PGCE etc.)
Proven experience in a teaching role, preferably across multiple age groups and subjects
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and inspire students
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility and adaptability to work in different school settings
Valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check or willingness to obtain one
