Job summary

We are looking for junior doctors with an interest in teaching to join our medical education team (2 posts, 1 with an interest in medicine and 1 with an interest in surgery). The working week consists of 3 days per week teaching, 1 day per week based in the clinical area of your choice and 1 day per week for private directed study. The teaching fellow will also be expected to take part in the preparation of assessments and participate as an examiner.

As the teaching fellow you will be expected to be involved in the teaching of medical students based at Kings Mill Hospital for their clinical placements. The post holders will provide clinical demonstrations, small group tutorials and practical sessions together with supervised direct patient contact on the wards.
