Robert Half are exclusively partnering with a global diversified asset manager , based in Charing Cross to hire a Talent Acquisition Associate into their growing team. This role will be reporting into the Head of Talent Acquisition and cover multiple lines of business.

Talent Acquisition Associate Responsibilities:

  • Assist with resourcing strategy delivery
  • End to end recruitment
  • Management of external recruiting partners
  • Maintain and improve ATS
  • Build out talent pools and candidate pipelines
  • Proactive talent mapping and succession planning

    • Talent Acquisition Associate Person Specification:

  • 3+ years In- house/ RPO experience
  • Prior experience focusing on front and back of house roles within asset management or investment management
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Prior exposure to workday preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder management experience
