Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant Wanted!

Do you have the skills, compassion, and dedication to provide exceptional support and guidance to these pupils? If yes, then we want you to join our amazing team of SEN Teaching Assistants!

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in this by providing one-to-one support and small group interventions to pupils with SEN and Disabilities. You will work alongside our teaching staff to develop and implement tailored support strategies that meet the unique needs of each pupil.

As our ideal candidate, you will have:

  • Relevant qualifications or experience in supporting pupils with SEN and Disabilities (but not essential)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience, resilience, and empathy towards pupils with additional needs
  • The ability to work collaboratively with teaching staff and other professionals
  • A commitment to promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion in education

I am extremely passionate about what I do and ensure to provide a professional and friendly approach to both my clients and candidates at all times. I strongly believe there is a job for everyone, therefore I work extremely hard and spend a lot of time ensuring the best possible match will be made between the school and the candidate.
