Job Description

An Steel Operative is required for a top-tier steel processing company based over in Oldbury.

You will be responsible for stacking, banding and palletising steel as it comes off the back end of a large press.

You will be responsible for and your duties will include;

  • Banding steel on the back end of a press
  • Stacking and palletising steel
  • Driving counterbalance forklift trucks
  • Moving packs of steel on the overhead crane
  • Any other duties as and when required

    • You will be working a 3-day weekend shift pattern, covering days;

    6:00am – 6:00pm Friday, Saturday & Sunday

    The rate of pay for this role is £14.58.

    This role is on a temp-to-perm basis.
