Westminster Kingsway College are looking for knowledgeable and dedicated Business Lecturers to join their evolving team.

About the role:
We are seeking to recruit an excellent Lecturer in Business to

· Design and deliver excellent, engaging, innovative and high quality lessons.

· Provide effective pastoral care for our learners.

· Complete administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency

· To fully engage in self-development

· Contribute positively to the Business directorate.

About you:
You will be highly organised and have the ability to work in a fast paced environment. You will be a self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as part of a larger team. You will be required to teach across Business at level 1 through to level 3, with other curriculum responsibilities that include assessment, feedback, tracking student achievement and maintaining high quality standards. You will have a relevant degree and /or professional qualification. We will consider applications from industry, so long as you are willing to work towards a teaching qualification. We will consider applications from newly qualified teachers who have a keen interest of working within an FE environment.

About Westminster Kingsway College:
Westminster Kingsway College is a further education college in central London with centres in Camden and Westminster. It offers a huge array of academic and vocational courses for 16-18 year olds and adult learners, such as A-Levels, BTECs, Apprenticeships, Foundation Degrees, Access to Higher Education, employability training and short courses. It also offers bespoke training for employers and specialist programmes delivered in conjunction with the Peter Jones Enterprise Academy.

Westminster Kingsway is an award-winning provider of hospitality and culinary arts courses. Additional:
All teaching staff at the College are expected to support students to develop their English and Maths skills, using teaching, learning and assessment opportunities within the curriculum or through the delivery of Additional Learning Support, to do so. You will be expected to mark students’ work carefully and thoroughly, giving advice on how it could be improved, and correcting spelling, grammar, and vocabulary when necessary.
