*Office/Project Administrator for a market-leading Design&Build Fit-Out contractor in Guildford*

Company: Specialist office fit-out contractor

Role: Office/Project Administrator

Location: Guildford

Salary: £28k per annum

Duties may include:

  • Ad hoc admin/PA support to MD
  • Admin support to the wider team – diary support, typing and correspondence, business travel/accommodation arrangements, minute-taking, etc.
  • General office support – management of office environments, coordination of desk moves, organising necessary repairs, supporting IT function, stationary/supplies orders, etc.
  • Project administrative support – setting up new projects on the document control system, health and safety files, point of contact for site managers, etc.
  • Other – organise team events, track birthdays, etc.
  • Candidate Requirements:

  • People-person with a good work ethic
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
