Clinical Support Worker, National Treatment Centre Job Vacancy in Larbert, Scotland, UK

An excellent opportunity, within a new development in NHS Forth Valley has arisen for enthusiastic, flexible and self motivated Clinical Support Worker who is committed to the provision of safe, consistent patient centred quality care.

NHSFV are currently constructing a new National Treatment Centre 26 bedded ward for elective orthopaedic surgery. Construction is underway with operational opening date of July 2023.

You should possess excellent communication and organisational skills and have the ability to work well independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team. You should have the ability to promote high quality person centred care and have a genuine interest in caring for people who are unwell. You must have a willingness and appetite for life-long learning and advancing the role of the Clinical Support Worker in order to develop and enhance your own personal development. You will be expected to work a flexible work pattern which includes working a 12 hour shift pattern across 7 days.

The NTC unit will be a centre of excellence in orthopaedic surgery for patients across central Scotland and further.

The commencement date will require some flexibility due to the complexities of the building project.
