Online Marketing Manager – Maternity Cover (12 Months) – London (Hybrid Working)

Robert Half are currently hiring for an Online Marketing Manager to join on a 12 month maternity cover contract. This role will be responsible for the company websites, SEO and acquisition campaigns across our three diverse markets.

Requirements

  • 4 years in an online marketing role
  • Solid online experience with SEO, SEA (Google Adwords), web development, content, etc.
  • Experience using CMS systems, Adobe or Drupal would be an advantage and knowledge of HTML. We are re-platforming from Drupal to Adobe in July.
  • Transformation project experience like brand and CMS
  • Data-driven and strong analytical skills, confident use of web analysis and SEO tools
  • Strong project management skills ( Workfront, Jira) and organisational skills
  • Experience in a matrix environment and working with global teams
  • Mix of B2B and B2C experience is desirable
  • Recruitment or similar industry background is desirable

    • Responsibilities

  • Manage the digital strategy, including website optimisation and content management
  • Troubleshoot issues in relation to website
  • Test new website features
  • Drive and implement the SEO strategy
  • Work with the Digital Acquisition Manager and Head of Marketing to build and optimise PPC campaigns
  • Management of Google Adwords campaigns
  • Regular reporting and data analysis
  • Provide CRO recommendations
