Main duties of the job

We are able to offer the right candidate a comprehensive competency based development programme including study days, initial supervised practice period and educator support for development of enhanced skills and knowledge for a 1 year fixed term contract. The programme is fully supported by mentors and a new starter pack.

The work within Critical Care changes quickly and can be physically, mentally and emotionallydemanding. The successful candidates will have excellent communication skills, be a good team player, be able to work under pressure and have excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
