The Role:

Reporting into the Head of Finance, this newly created role will require the successful Finance Business Partner to work closely with key stakeholders from a non finance background to help guide and advise them on strategic decision making.

Key duties will include:

  • Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting
  • Weekly / Monthly reporting on key performance indicators
  • Variance Analysis and commentary
  • Working with Senior Stakeholders to challenge decision making
  • Work on multiple ongoing finance projects

    • The Candidate:

    In order to be considered for this role we require candidates with the following:

  • CIMA/ACCA/ACA Qualifications (Not essential)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Advanced excel user
  • Ability to work independently and to tight deadlines
  • High degree of attention to detail

    • Salary & benefits:

    In return, the successful Finance Business Partner will receive:

  • £45,000 – £50,000 base salary
  • 30 days holidays plus Stats
