This is a varied position that will support all accounts functions. Working as part of a small team this role will offer variety and exposure to several different projects and functions within accounts and finance.

Key responsibilities:

• Processing sales invoices and assisting in the preparation of payment runs
• Reconciling supplier statements
• Completing transactional tasks to deadlines
• Providing reports to finance management
• Responding to queries from suppliers, customers, & colleagues by email and phone
• Bank and petty cash reconciliation
• Coding and publishing purchase invoices

Key attributes:

• Someone that has previous experience within a finance team OR a Finance/Accounting Graduate
• Someone keen to continue developing their career within finance (progression available)
• The ability to to deal with sensitive information and situations under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong IT skills
