An established regional facilities company are looking for an experienced multi skilled maintenance engineer to be based at a large static site Reigate. You will be required to carry out electrically pre planned and reactive maintenance within an office environment, whilst carrying out other duties such as plumber, carpentry, some mechanical PPM’s and any other fabric works. This is a Monday to Friday position working 8am to 4:30pm, there isn’t an on-call rota that you will need to participate in but if you wish you could join the mobile rota which will be 1 week in 9 and you will receive a standby rate of £150. This site consists of offices and you will be the sole engineer on site, but you will have assistance from the mobile team when certain work needs to be carried out. Benefits:
