Repairs and Reactive Maintenance Manager – Manchester – Supported/Social Housing

We are seeking an experienced repairs and maintenance manager within the Social Housing sector who can lead and inspire a team of maintenance co-ordinators to deliver exceptional customer service and standards. Coming from a technical background such as building surveying, reactive maintenance etc. you will be able to demonstrate sound knowledge of the range of issues affecting people’s homes and how to deliver a first time fix solution.

The organisation provides residents with a friendly and efficient inhouse team of maintenance co-ordinators to speak to and would benefit from working with a positive leader who can support and guide on how to triage the issues, plus pass on their technical knowledge and experience.

Essential Criteria:

Minimum Qualification HND/HNC in Construction, Building Surveying or related technical subject.

Full UK Driving Licence

Experience of leading teams in a social housing maintenance or property services role
