About the role
You will be Undertaking a range of planned, void or maintenance works, repairing or replacing items to maintain properties to a high standard, inline with the role skills framework.
You will need to complete works in conjunction with all health and safety procedures, policies and legislation.
You will ensure properties are repaired and maintained to a high standard and will be responsible for carrying out repairs, improvements, surveys and measurements efficiently and economically in accordance with current working practices and all related health and safety legislation and good practice.
By working in a professional, respectful and courteous manner you will deliver excellent customer service, objectives and achieve behaviour competences.

About you
You must be to qualified to City & Guilds or NVQ2 level Roofing or demonstrate equivalent building experience. Previous experience of working within the social housing sector would be beneficial
You must have a Full UK Driver`s License to enable you to be successful as you will be travelling to multiple locations weekly – you will be provided with transport.
You must have the ability to undertake a range of planned and responsive maintenance works, repairing, replacing and maintaining properties to a high standard.
You will need to undertake a range of repair and planned improvements including: Repair and replacement of roofing joists, rafters, roof sheeting, tiles, and associated structural roofing elements, guttering and downpipes, fascia, barge boards and soffit.
You will need to refurbish properties including but not limited to: dwellings, garages, communal areas and buildings.
You must have the ability to effectively use hand-held electronic devices.
