Our client is a leading House Builder in Leeds, looking to bring on board a Technical Coordinator and join their team, due to their ongoing and building success in 2023.

The Role

The Technical Coordinator role will be based in and around leads, focusing on either the delivery side or precommencement side of the schemes. The role involves a wide range of different opportunities and approaches to the design process, and is a great opportunity to be involved and progress within a Major Builder’s design team.

The key roles and responsibilities that would be involved in this role include the following:

  • Involvement in Design team meetings with consultants, subcontractors etc. and ensuring the necessary follow ons take place
  • Manage any contracts, drawings and other required documents for the design and construction process
  • Review any designs put forward to check that they fall in line with compliance needs
  • Put forward the design reviews throughout the procurement process
  • Give support related to the design to the Project Managing team
  • Hold client and team meetings with design proposals to ensure satisfaction on all sides
  • The ideal person for this role would also have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Relevant experiemce from differing backgrounds, including architecture, cosultancy or engineering bases.
  • Ideally residential experience
  • Professional qualifications and charterships are desirable
