Job Title: Career Development Specialist

Location: London/ Hybrid working

Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 (DoE)

What would I be doing day to day?

Key duties:

  • Lead and manage the performance review process for Partners and Principles across London and Europe
  • Prepare for and run regular L&D committee meetings, ensuring all relevant feedback and inputs are received and processed on time.
  • Provide advice and support to other Coordinators, including training and guidance on relevant policies and career development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, including L&D, Staffing, Mobility, and Recruiting teams, to support individual action plans and career path advice.
  • Support Managers on wider topics, such as DE&I initiatives, Bonus Reviews, and Career Development programs.

    • What is the company looking for?

  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in Learning and Development, Career Development or Human Resources
  • Solid experience with senior stakeholder management
  • Relevant degree in HR or other related area
  • Previous experience in Professional or Financial Services
  • Knowledge of performance management/talent development is essential
  • An individual who thrives in a fast-paced, intellectually intense, client-oriented environment, and who is comfortable suggesting change and continuously improving what the team does.
