Job description

We are looking for a Team Leader (UI/UX manager) to manage our team of UI, UX, and Motion Graphics artists. Your main responsibilities will be to:

  • Create UI visual languages for all products, including layout, composition, images, typography, graphic design, and branding image.
  • Design eye-catching concepts, prototypes, content, and high-fidelity UI experiences to improve usability and ensure alignment with product goals, usability and accessibility standards, and brand identity.
  • Provide expert guidance and improving visual and UI design systems to ensure a consistent and immersive game experience for players.
  • Work with UI teams, art teams, game designers, producers, art directors, project managers, and programming teams.
  • Provide guidance to UI designers in process, teamwork, and design thinking.
  • Provide clear feedback on the entire team’s design direction and outcomes. Promoting excellence in design, craftsmanship, accessibility, and usability.
  • Understand and document current UI standards and drive improvements in UI design workflow.
  • Seek feedback on your own work and provide feedback to other artists on the team.
  • Contribute to the improvement of collaboration, service awareness, and cultural learning.

    • Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a UI designer with UX, Motion Graphics skills, and experience.
  • Complete development experience in at least one project with Clear understanding of the general process of game product development.
  • Experience in leading and managing small teams (1-10 members) with professional recruitment experience.
  • Proficient in Adobe Suite (PS, AI, XD), Figma, and other visual design tools.
  • Use a variety of AI tools to improve work efficiency, optimize visual performance, and encourage creative expression.
  • Professional visual design skills (composition, layout, typography, and color theories) with a strong sense of aesthetics as well as an insight into market trend.
  • Understanding of usability principles and the accessibility, diversity, and inclusiveness of design.
  • Ability to excel in a team-oriented, product-focused environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design strategies to different audiences without barriers.
