The starting salary for this role is £35,673 per annum based on a hour working week, pro-rata to £59,456 full-time equivalent.   • Whole school and targeted approaches to emotional wellbeing and mental health working with Mental Health Support Teams
  • Looked After Children and post adoption support
  • Specialist Early Education Service
  • Supervision of Trainee EPs
  • Assessment and consultation using the Analysis of Additional Needs Tool
  • Emotionally based school avoidance

  • Work with the educational psychology leadership team to further develop our forward thinking, highly regarded Educational Psychology Service
  • Provide professional leadership, support and supervision to an area team using a strengths based approach which values individual and collective contributions to improving inclusive outcomes for children
  • Provide effective management to an area based team including the recruitment, deployment, and performance management of educational psychologists
  • Take the county wide lead for an area of work consultation and coaching, continuous professional development
  • Work collaboratively with other Inclusion and Additional Needs Service Managers to improve the lives of all children and young people
