To support the administrative functions within the Outpatient Booking Team at Stockport NHS Foundation Trust.
Main duties of the job
Uploading of referral letters to the Evolve scanning system.
- To provide administrative support across the department by printing and processing worklists off the national e-Referral System (eRS) onto the Patient Administration System (PAS).
- Processing of new patient referrals from the eRS.
- Joint team working to ensure workloads across the department are prioritised and up to date. This includes all office duties.
- To be conversant with PAS.

- Sort and distribute incoming post to the relevant teams.
- Undertake any training required for the role.
- Any other duties commensurate with the role.
