Our ideal Senior Social Media Executive will be proactive, organised and efficient whilst bringing a positive attitude throughout. You will work across a variety of initiatives, enjoy new challenges, working with different people, functions and skill-sets.

In this new role, you will take ownership of, and drive forward, our social strategy and initiatives with energy in order to help the Wolf & Badger brand thrive. You will be a champion of our mission and think about both the desires of our community of brands and of our customers, whilst pioneering an avante-garde, sustainable and alternative approach to consumption and popular culture.

Importantly, you will bring a desire to significantly and rapidly grow our community across all social channels, looking to constantly keep abreast of social trends and industry developments, coupled with an extremely close attention to detail, and an exceptional ability to champion and execute our brand identity. You will strive for excellence, welcome critique and bring a data-oriented yet creative approach to problem solving. You will be able to learn about our customers and use insights to inform social strategies, content and tactics.

You will:

  • Lead the development, coordination, execution and analysis of our organic social strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, Twitter and Linkedin
  • Work collaboratively and cross-functionally with Creative, Brands, CRM, Editorial, PR and CX teams to plan and execute marketing initiatives and campaigns
  • Create rich, engaging platform first content for our social channels with the aim of rapidly and significantly growing our social media presence
  • Self-shoot, upload and edit content in order to maintain the smooth running of all social media output and encourage team members from across the business to participate where relevant
  • Understand our brand identity and tone of voice inside-out, whilst ensuring competitor research and customer insight are at the heart of all our output
  • Have exceptional copywriting skills, bringing wit, empathy and creativity to social copy along with an understanding of luxury fashion, sustainability, cultural ethics and both the UK and US markets

What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage the Wolf & Badger owned social media strategies across multiple platforms and across all our key markets including the US, UK and Australia
  • Oversee the seasonal social content calendar and ensure that activity is aligned with business and campaign objectives, as well as key social dates
  • Manage and scale our User Generated Content programme, approving and sharing relevant content from customers and brands
  • Work cross-functionally to formulate content plans and ensure social media channels are populated with platform first, fresh, interesting and innovative content for both organic and paid social
  • Continually seek out and monitor trends and opportunities in social media
  • Create industry-leading, dynamic and engaging video content for Tiktok & Reels
  • Create reactive social content in relations to key events, social media trends, relevant celebrities and influencers that will resonate with our audience
  • Oversee content creation from teams based in our stores in London, NYC and LA
  • Sourcing, organising and managing creative content from our community of 2000+ brands for social media purposes and to support the wider marketing team
  • Measure and report on the performance and impact of social media activity; create weekly and monthly reports and communicate results to the wider business
  • Protect the brand image by monitoring conversations across social media channels and implementing appropriate responses and proactive initiatives
  • Identify relevant commercial opportunities to monetise social media channels
  • Attend in-store events and create live coverage for social channels
  • Interact with customers and influencers on social channels with an authentic voice to grow engagement


  • Experience in a similar role
  • Fluent across all social media platforms
  • A can-do attitude and willingness to learn
  • Self-motivated, highly organised and versatile
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
  • Tech savvy with experience working with marketing software and data analysis software (desirable but not required)
  • Background or demonstrated interest in interiors/fashion/design/beauty and ethical/sustainable practices and current affairs
  • Enjoy being part of a team and doing whatever it takes to help that team succeed
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a startup-like environment
  • Some weekend work may be required
