Project Manager – German Speaking

We’re looking for a successful, experienced German speaking Project Manager to join a fantastic and collaborative team for a brilliant company who offer learning technology services – including strategic consulting, learning systems, content production, and data solutions. You will be working for a world leading, digital learning provider, designing and delivering training solutions for global brands across multiple sectors

With a track record in delivering digital projects, you’ll be an integral part of a team of Project Managers delivering multiple portfolios of projects across industry verticals. You’ll utilise your client delivery expertise and experience of methodologies to take responsibility for delivering a variety of digital learning projects for a range of global leading brands, working with commercial colleagues to enable growth.

  • Excellent German language skills, other European language skills are desirable
  • Experience working in Project Management in a digital corporate learning or digital media (learning solutions, websites, digital marketing, etc.)
  • Experience in managing multiple projects for large brands/companies
  • Thorough understanding of project and programme management tools and methodologies
  • Proven track record of managing the end-to-end project cycle, including extensive knowledge of budget creation and management
  • Proactive project governance, including risk and change
  • Experience in mentoring and/or coaching roles
  • A good understanding of working across operational, commercial and technical environments
  • Experience engaging, influencing and coordinating multi-disciplined project resource teams
  • Experience of communicating and influencing commercial colleagues
  • Strong negotiation, crisis management and decision-making skills
  • Strong communication, analytical, and numerical ability
  • Passion for customer excellence, innovation and quality
