They will have demonstrable and credible experience in senior operational management roles, ideally in the health sector but potentially in a related environment.
Excellent communication skills are necessary, along with the ability to establish credibility at all levels internally and externally and to quickly build relationships within the team and the wider organization. A flexible “can do” attitude and a strong focus on delivery are essential.
Main duties of the job
The North Thames GLH is a globally recognized centre of excellence delivering genomic testing and translational research, and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a significant impact at one of the largest centres in Europe.
