Job summary
We are looking for an organised and efficient person to provide admin/clerical support to the Adult Neurodevelopmental Services within Derbyshire Healthcare Foundation Trust.
You would join an established and supportive Admin team.
Based at Rivermead, Belper, and some hours may be based from other trust hours per week. Core hours will be undertaken between 09:00-17:00, Monday-Friday.

Main duties of the job
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and have an eye for detail.
Previous experience of working in an administrator role, knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team is essential for this role.
Duties will vary and may involve message taking; typing of letters and reports; Organising Meetings and diaries via Outlook, preparing agendas and taking notes at meetings, etc.
You will be handling information that will be sensitive.
A good working knowledge of EPR is desirable.
Working under minimum supervision, you will have the ability to prioritise and manage workloads in order to meet required standards and deadlines.
You will be the admin support for the team. However, you will have close contact with your other admin team colleagues who work in the service, and have clinicians visiting the bases.

You would be supporting across the Adult Neurodevelopmental Service and may be required to work across bases as need arises.
Part of your working week after induction into the team may be remote working from home, equipment will be provided.
