Robert Half have partnered with a leading crypto organisation who are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager with a software development background, to lead their product strategy and execution. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, defining product vision and strategy, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver world-class products that meet customer needs and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute product strategy and roadmaps for their suit of crypto products, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify market opportunities and customer needs, and use this information to inform product strategy and roadmap development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support, to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure successful product launches.
  • Create and maintain product documentation, including user stories, product requirements, and functional specifications.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, including usage, engagement, and customer satisfaction, and use this data to inform product roadmap and strategy.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform product strategy and identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Manage product budget and resource allocation, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products within budget and scope.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with teat least 3 years technical software development experience, preferably in the crypto or start-up/scale up world.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful software products that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
  • Experience conducting market research and analysis to inform product strategy and roadmap development.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of agile development methodologies, and experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver products in an agile environment.

Salary is open depending on experience with the opportunity to own equity in a rapidly growing start up.
