An exciting opportunity for an experienced chef manager to take over a pre-existing site with a fantastic client, producing fresh on-trend food concepts. This role will be predominantly Monday to Thursday, 4 Day week.

Working with this prestigious contract caterer, who values their employees, the right chef manager will be leading a team to produce quality food Mon -Thursday daytime & follow compliance & due diligence duties.

You will need to show a dynamic & energetic approach to your daily tasks, which include meeting the clients bespoke food demands whilst complying with health & safety guidelines and working to a strict budget.

Role:

  • £37,500 salary
  • 40 Hour Working week, Mon Thurs
  • Using fresh ingredients to make good, quality food
  • Implement the Company Health & Safety and Food Safety Policies
  • Team Supervision and Training.
  • Extensive food knowledge with the ability to cook and present fresh food to a consistently high standard
  • Complete all company bookwork in a timely manner

  • Your focus and desire are to work with the freshest and best ingredients
  • You have the ability to work within a team, manage costs, negotiate and build relationship with suppliers as well as being compliant
  • You will have experience within a similar role, strong supervisory experience and be financially and commercially astute
  • Able to demonstrate your analytical approach to problem solving and have the ability to display a real passion for food and customer service
