Roving Administrator – £25,000 Central London

I am looking for a Roving Administrator to join a growing facilities management company in Central London paying £25,000.

Benefits:

  • Responsibilities:

  • Support the site teams to ensure all statutory requirements are met and there are no exposures to health and safety issues
  • Review and ensure compliance with all contract documentation
  • Ensure service delivery in line with agreed schedules and maintaining records with agreed CAFM
  • Ensure all H&S procedures and requirements are met
  • Issuing and closing PPMs and reactive works
  • Updating CMMS forms
  • Training new starters
  • Chasing subcontractors and arranging site visits
  • Stationary orders and general administration duties
  • Review monthly reports
  • Review and update documents when necessary
  • Requirements:

  • Microsoft Word and Excel skills
  • General administration skills
  • Positive attitude to work
