Tekla Designer – Birmingham
Working from home 2 days a week. Company Bonus, Great starting salary.
I am currently working with a global building materials company who operate in over 70 countries, employing over 15,000 people. They are looking for a project designer to join their busy structural design team based in Birmingham. The role will involve producing 3D detailed models using Tekla, along with creating GA drawings material schedules and BIM Models.
Day to Day:
- Carry out design / detailing to an advance level utilising Tekla Structures
- Attend Design Team Meetings
- Take responsibility for the preparation and issue of GA drawings
The ideal candidate will:
- 2 years experience using 2D and 3D AutoCAD (AutoCAD and Tekla Structures)
- Excellent communication skills
- Great problem-solving skills
- A desire to progress
