A local college is seeking a Facilities Assistant.

Your will be required to carry out general maintenance on site including litter picking, grounds tidiness, refuse collection and fire alarm testing.

A rotating work pattern of early (6.30 am to 2.30 pm, middle (8.00 am to 4.00 pm) and late (1.30 pm to 9.30 pm). This role involves a 3 week rota of being on call on weekday nights (9.00pm – 6.00am) during term time. Occasional Weekend working as required.

Must have own transport due to out of hours service.

Full DBS required before starting.
